About the role
We are seeking energetic, customer‑focused Stewards/Waiters to join our hospitality team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional, friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Set up, clear, and maintain dining tables and service areas.
- Clean and arrange cutlery, crockery, and glassware while adhering to hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Address guest requests quickly and provide excellent customer service.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience as a steward or waiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
