Staff Analyst – Strategic Partnerships & Data

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, highly analytical self‑starter to join our Agent Partnerships business as a Staff Analyst. In this high‑visibility individual contributor role you will sit at the intersection of product mechanics, data science, and operational strategy, partnering directly with business leaders to solve unstructured data puzzles, flag macro financial risks, and define behavioral milestones that turn new agents into long‑term platform advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the analytics thought partner for Partnerships leadership, guiding decisions on agent acquisition, growth, retention and persistency.
• Track, evaluate and optimize the agent‑facing platform experience, defining precision usability metrics for new product features.
• Build diagnostic data models to analyze, track and mitigate backend financial exposure and design targeted debt‑recovery frameworks.
• Identify critical growth levers across the agent journey and define the definitive onboarding “aha moment” that drives retention and revenue.
• Manage performance frameworks for emerging annuities business lines using a Direct‑to‑Consumer funnel approach.
• Collaborate with data engineers to maintain scalable business logic, deploy clean dashboards and enable self‑service analytics.
• Develop and integrate generative AI tools to automate internal analytics processes.
• Mentor junior analytics resources across global offices through code reviews and tactical leadership training.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, data science or similar analytically intensive roles at high‑growth tech companies.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math) or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting analytical findings to C‑suite and Board members.
• Proven ability to work in highly ambiguous situations, slice past data records and craft clear corporate narratives.

Required skills

• Expert‑level SQL.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with statistical and predictive modeling techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with visualization and dashboard tools such as Hex, Tableau, Mode or Excel.
• Fluency in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline analytical workflows.
