Sr Systems Engineer – AI Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a senior systems engineer to design, deploy and maintain the high‑performance infrastructure that powers AI and machine‑learning workloads. The role focuses on GPU‑accelerated platforms, VMware virtualization and Kubernetes orchestration across hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain NVIDIA DGX, HGX and other GPU‑accelerated systems.
• Administer VMware environments including ESXi hosts, vCenter, virtual networking and storage.
• Build and support Kubernetes clusters on multiple distributions (RKE, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, GKE).
• Perform day‑to‑day system administration across compute, storage and networking layers.
• Automate routine tasks using shell scripts, Ansible, Bash or Python.
• Collaborate with DevOps, data‑science and engineering teams to ensure scalable, resilient AI/ML infrastructure.
• Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues and conduct root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in systems engineering or enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with NVIDIA DGX/HGX or comparable GPU compute platforms.
• Strong background in VMware virtualization technologies.
• Proven expertise managing Kubernetes clusters across multiple distributions.
• Experience with enterprise storage, networking and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
