Specialist, Emerging Talent Programs

About the role

Join MSD's Hyderabad IT Emerging Talent Program as a Specialist, driving the strategy and operations of talent development initiatives. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, program management, and continuous improvement for student and entry‑level technologists.

Key responsibilities

• Hire and onboard entry‑level employees annually for the Emerging Talent Program.
• Manage program operations for multiple intake batches, including planning, timelines, milestone tracking, and execution.
• Coordinate virtual and in‑person program events such as townhalls, training sessions, and onboarding meetings.
• Collaborate with Global Program Lead to define, track, and benchmark program metrics.
• Maintain relationships with Recruiting, University Relations, IT leaders, HR Business Partners, and supervisors.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in HR or IT development programs, preferably in talent program/project management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and ability to work independently with minimal coaching.
• Experience with university‑level hiring and emerging talent initiatives.
