Regional Total Rewards Leader - IMEA

About the role

Copeland Toyota is seeking a Regional Total Rewards Leader for India, Middle East and Africa. You will shape and optimize the global Total Rewards strategy, partnering with the Global COE and local HR teams to design competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Total Rewards COE to design and implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Support transformation initiatives, ensuring data‑driven, agile solutions that meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and local leadership to align total rewards approaches with the HR operating model and best practices.
• Execute multi‑year transformation plans, communicate program changes, and educate managers and employees.
• Conduct market research, benchmark programs, and tailor strategies to regional cultural and economic trends.
• Ensure legal compliance, manage vendor relationships, and assist with employee wellbeing and benefits renewal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years of experience in total rewards, with strong analytical and risk‑evaluation skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and remain composed under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Marathi.
