Head of Recruitment Operations

About the role

Hudson Manpower is looking for an experienced Head of Recruitment Operations to lead and strengthen our recruitment delivery function. We manage a mix of ongoing white‑collar recruitment and high‑volume blue‑collar recruitment campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of recruitment operations and delivery across all active client requirements.
• Manage both white‑collar and high‑volume blue‑collar recruitment operations, establishing clear processes, SOPs and escalation mechanisms.
• Allocate requirements and resources based on priorities, recruiter capacity and delivery timelines.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines from intake through sourcing, submission, interview, selection, offer and joining.
• Establish recruiter and team‑level KPIs, conduct performance reviews and develop daily, weekly and monthly MIS dashboards.
• Track metrics such as requirement aging, submissions, interviews, selections, offers, joinings, turnaround time and recruiter productivity.
• Identify bottlenecks early, take corrective action and ensure effective use of ATS and candidate databases.
• Build accountability within the recruitment team, coach members and oversee high‑volume blue‑collar campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong experience in recruitment/staffing operations with responsibility for managing recruitment teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruiters and client requirements simultaneously.
• Demonstrated skill in establishing recruitment processes, SOPs, KPIs and reporting systems.
• Excellent leadership, people‑management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in a fast‑paced staffing or recruitment agency environment, preferably handling both white‑collar and blue‑collar recruitment.
