Spare Parts Supervisor

About the role

Join Exponent Energy’s After‑Sales team in Bengaluru as a Spare Parts Supervisor. You will help expand the company’s market share by ensuring rapid‑charging EV solutions have the right parts available at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and store parts at predefined locations.
• Issue parts to technicians following established processes.
• Capture part demand accurately and proactively stock new product lines.
• Maintain hygiene of the spare‑parts store and counter.
• Update requisitions for all part lines in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Conduct physical inventory checks at least once a year and reconcile with system records.
• Dispose of obsolete or dead stock through periodic campaigns.
• Liaise with manufacturers to resolve parts‑related claims.
• Process warranty claims promptly and replenish parts as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate with a minimum of 2–3 years experience as a parts officer or supervisor.
• Overall 4–5 years experience in the automotive industry, preferably in EV or rapid‑charging solutions.
• Strong focus on quality of work and problem‑solving.
• Resilient attitude and willingness to improve continuously.

Required skills

• Dealer Management System (DMS) proficiency
