Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative (TSR) – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for timely pickup and delivery of shipments while ensuring a superior customer experience and strict adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within the assigned territory, ensuring service timelines are met.
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) and handle shipment documentation accurately.
• Scan shipments using handheld devices and update status in real time, following all SOPs.
• Maintain vehicle condition, adhere to road safety guidelines, and report any incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 8th standard pass; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years in courier, logistics, retail delivery or field operations.
• Eligibility: Minimum age 18, valid two‑ or four‑wheel driving licence, own a two‑wheeler if required, physically fit and willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
