Sourcing Analyst

About the role

The Sourcing Analyst supports end‑to‑end sourcing and supply‑chain initiatives by combining strategic sourcing expertise with advanced data analytics and business intelligence. The role partners with category managers, operations, and cross‑functional teams to drive cost optimisation, supplier performance and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, manage and analyse large, complex datasets to support sourcing decisions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models and reports to track KPIs and sourcing performance.
• Analyse pricing trends, cost drivers, raw‑material inflation and market indices.
• Apply statistical and predictive analytics to improve forecasting and planning.
• Automate reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Identify cost, service and efficiency improvements across the supply chain.
• Support inventory optimisation, working‑capital and productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with category managers, finance, IT and operations to align data and sourcing strategies.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply‑chain analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
