Solutions Architect – Application Technology Advisory (Early Joiners)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its Application Technology Advisory team in Mumbai. The role focuses on helping clients optimise operational efficiency through the design, implementation and governance of modern, cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce technical standards and governance structures for enterprise environments.
• Design, deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters at scale in production.
• Utilise cloud‑native tools and patterns such as Istio, Envoy and Prometheus for micro‑services monitoring and management.
• Build event‑driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ or NATS.
• Develop software and data platforms, manage large client data volumes and create compliance procedures for data management.
• Research emerging technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology consulting or advisory roles, preferably at a managerial level.
• Strong ability to analyse client needs, define technology objectives and devise architectural solutions that meet strategic and operational goals.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
