Software Engineer – Network Reliability Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Network Reliability Engineering (NRE) team. In this role you will design and build network automation solutions and front‑end applications that enhance operational efficiency, reliability and visibility across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain network automation tools and scripts.
• Design and implement user‑friendly front‑end applications for monitoring and managing network health.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate automation into existing workflows.
• Participate in incident response and root‑cause analysis to improve network reliability.
• Contribute to documentation, testing and continuous improvement of code quality.
