Software Development Manager - Fullstack

About the role

Lead the delivery of enterprise‑scale full‑stack application projects, ensuring they are on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards. Partner with engineering, architecture, product, DevOps and business stakeholders to build secure, scalable, cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets and delivery roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, security, product) and monitor progress, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, secure, high‑performance code using Java or Go, modern front‑end frameworks and micro‑service architectures.
• Drive Agile delivery, observability practices and continuous improvement across distributed teams.
• Mentor teams, remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years of IT experience with 4‑6+ years managing enterprise full‑stack development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
