About the role
Bank of America’s Global Business Services (GBS) team is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications for its Chief People Office line of business. The role focuses on both iOS and Android platforms, delivering performant, user‑friendly solutions that support the bank’s technology initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable iOS applications.
- Lead technical design discussions and conduct code reviews.
- Optimize application performance.
- Build and maintain high‑quality Android applications.
- Drive architecture decisions for Android apps.
- Deliver complex features at scale.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
