Site Supervisor – Luxury Residences & Villas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the construction and finishing of high‑end residential projects such as luxury villas, boutique homes, and bespoke residences. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong coordination with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to delivering premium quality on time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work follows approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design intent.
• Monitor civil, MEP, landscape, and interior works for quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
• Conduct quality inspections of masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, woodwork, stone installation, painting, and premium finishes.
• Prepare and track daily/weekly schedules, coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Maintain site discipline, safety standards, housekeeping, and produce progress reports.
• Document site records, measurements, material logs, and support billing verification.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
• 5–10 years of experience in luxury residential construction, preferably with villas, farmhouses, or boutique homes.
• Strong knowledge of high‑end finishes, detailing, and residential construction standards.
• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Familiarity with project reporting tools
