About the role
We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor / Site Manager to lead on‑site execution for construction projects in Mumbai. The role involves coordinating labour, managing materials, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities and supervise on‑site teams.
- Coordinate labour deployment, material deliveries and vendor interactions.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor progress against schedules and report status to senior management.
- Travel across multiple project locations within Mumbai as required.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, construction or execution roles.
- Proven ability to manage labour teams and day‑to‑day site operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Mumbai.
