Site Supervisor – High‑Rise Aluminium Formwork & Facade

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead high‑rise construction activities in Delhi, focusing on aluminium formwork, safety screen, and glass façade installations. The role involves ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution across multiple trades on busy construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for aluminium formwork, safety screen, and glass façade installation.
• Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Coordinate riggers, technicians, and laborers to follow proper installation methods.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule compliance on a daily basis.
• Liaise with project engineers, managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and report site issues, material shortages, or technical discrepancies promptly.
• Enforce company safety standards and site regulations throughout the project.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in high‑rise building construction.
• Proven experience in at least one of the following: aluminium formwork, safety screen, or glass façade installation.
• Ability to read and understand structural and technical drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team‑coordination abilities.
• Working knowledge of construction safety procedures and site regulations.
