Site Manager – Sports Infrastructure

About the role

The Site Manager will lead on‑site construction and installation activities for sports infrastructure projects in Hyderabad. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in line with design specifications and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of contractors and vendors.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship, conduct on‑site inspections, and enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, flag issues promptly, and communicate updates to project managers and clients.
• Support handover and commissioning of completed facilities, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Maintain an organized, safe work environment and proactively resolve technical or logistical challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site management or construction supervision, preferably in sports infrastructure or related civil engineering projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks under deadlines, and uphold high safety standards.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and quality‑control practices.
• Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and use of productivity or project‑management tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
