Site Incharge – Civil Construction

About the role

R Kiran Constructions LLP is seeking a Site Incharge (Civil) to manage daily construction activities at its project site in Kyari, Ramnagar. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on supervising civil works, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all civil construction activities, including roads, drainage, and utility installations.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Arrange and monitor material deliveries to keep work on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and milestones to project managers and senior management.
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely completion of project phases.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in building or infrastructure projects, especially roads and drainage.
• Strong project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work independently on site and lead a diverse workforce.
