Services Specialist – Engagement Financial Advisor (French)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Services Specialist to join its Engagement Financial Advisor team, supporting French‑language projects in Hyderabad. The role combines financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and contract management to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support one or more engagement teams through financial analysis, reconciliation and management controls.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, tracking revenue, expenses and other financial metrics.
• Present analyses, recommendations and financial guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track expenditures and assist with billing and receivables collection activities.
• Perform day‑to‑day contract and Project Management Office (PMO) activities.
• Provide French‑language stakeholder support and manage French‑language contracts as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience in a French‑language role with exposure to finance or financial analysis.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to summarise results and produce management reports.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, billing or contract‑management activities.
• Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.
