Service Engineer – Audio Product Repair

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to diagnose, repair, test and service a range of audio products including speakers, headphones and portable devices. The role combines hands‑on hardware troubleshooting with software/firmware updates and requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely case closure.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair audio products at component level (battery, I/O board, logic board, grill/cabinet, charging and connectivity issues).
• Perform software and firmware troubleshooting, updates and verification.
• Conduct product testing, quality checks and final verification after repair.
• Record diagnosis, repair status and service remarks in Zoho or Salesforce CRM systems.
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and ensure timely closure of service cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare‑part availability and escalation handling.
• Uphold repair quality standards consistent with premium audio brands.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with hardware‑level troubleshooting of electronic devices.
• Ability to work under defined TAT targets and manage service cases end‑to‑end.
• Strong communication and reporting skills for internal coordination.
• Familiarity with service‑oriented CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce.
