Service Delivery Manager – Platform (Cloud & On-Premises)

About the role

The Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager will lead the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services across both Cloud and On-Premises environments for Bosch Global Software Technologies. This role acts as the primary interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and external providers to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost‑effective services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery and management of infrastructure services, including servers, storage, virtualization, networks, databases, and platform services.
• Manage operations teams and service providers to meet SLAs and KPIs, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding service performance, escalations, and governance.
• Collaborate with business units, application teams, cybersecurity teams, and technology partners to align services with organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee lifecycle management: capacity planning, patching, upgrades, refresh programs, and modernization.
• Maintain consistent governance across Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premises data centers.
• Monitor health, performance, utilization, and availability metrics; report insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and release management to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate disaster recovery, business continuity testing, and resilience initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third‑party service agreements.
