Senior Team Lead – Inside Sales (EdTech)

About the role

Intellipaat is seeking a Senior Team Lead to drive a high‑performing inside sales team in the fast‑growing EdTech and upskilling space. The role starts with a two‑month hands‑on sales period to master the company’s offerings and processes, then transitions to full team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• First 2 months: achieve individual inside‑sales targets, convert leads, and deepen product knowledge.
• After onboarding: lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and sales metrics, providing coaching and feedback.
• Design and execute strategies to boost lead conversion and overall productivity.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to streamline the sales funnel.
• Foster a motivated, training‑focused culture and generate regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of inside‑sales experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in B2C consultative sales within EdTech, upskilling, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on performance tracking and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Telugu.
