Senior Tax Executive

About the role

Teleport is seeking a Senior Tax Executive to lead end‑to‑end tax compliance, reporting and advisory for its India operations. You will work closely with the Head of Tax and the India Country Finance Manager, ensuring statutory compliance while supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct tax, indirect tax (GST) and transfer pricing compliance for all India entities.
• Prepare and file statutory tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks, and implement tax efficiency strategies.
• Provide tax advisory support to business units and finance teams.
• Maintain comprehensive tax documentation, reporting and process controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align tax strategies with operational goals.

Required profile

• Proactive professional with deep knowledge of Indian tax laws.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience bridging local operations with broader tax strategies.
• Ability to work independently and own the full tax compliance cycle.
