Senior Staff SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect (Global Accounting Tech)

About the role

As an SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect, you will define and drive Coupang’s SAP transformation across key business domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and global stakeholders to design scalable, integrated SAP S/4 HANA solutions that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of SAP S/4 HANA solutions across FI/CO, MM and related modules.
• Define end‑to‑end business processes aligned with e‑commerce, logistics and fulfilment operations.
• Design integration patterns between SAP S/4 HANA and internal systems (OMS, WMS, finance, third‑party apps).
• Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices, data models, extensibility (BTP), Fiori UX and cloud deployment.
• Mentor functional and technical SAP teams and drive architectural governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 12‑18+ years overall experience with at least 7 years in SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture.
• Deep hands‑on expertise across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, etc.).
• Proven experience designing large‑scale enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori, CDS Views, IDocs and API Hub.
• Experience leading multi‑country or multi‑business‑unit SAP transformations.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
