Senior SAP BTP Consultant/Developer

About the role

Fusion Consulting is looking for a Senior SAP BTP Consultant to drive cloud‑native application development and extensions for S/4HANA transformation projects. You will work on the SAP Business Technology Platform, applying the CAP model to deliver clean‑core compliant solutions for life‑science clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy SAP BTP applications and extensions using SAP CAP.
• Build scalable, maintainable solutions that follow SAP Clean Core principles.
• Develop and expose services with CDS models, OData and REST APIs.
• Integrate BTP applications with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP/non‑SAP systems.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Support testing, deployment, cut‑over and hyper‑care activities.
• Contribute to solution architecture, development standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of SAP development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP BTP and SAP CAP.
• Proficiency in Node.js and/or Java.
• Deep knowledge of CDS, OData, REST APIs and service‑oriented architecture.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP solutions with SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of SAP Clean Core and side‑by‑side extension concepts.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
