Senior Sales Representative (Remote, Contract)

About the role

Hindustan Parking Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd (HPIPL) designs, manufactures and installs next-generation parking systems for residential, commercial and industrial clients. It is hiring a Senior Sales Representative on a remote, contract basis to drive sales of its parking infrastructure solutions. The role covers the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to proposal and contract negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, and conduct virtual client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams so that solution design is accurate and project handover is smooth.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback and help shape sales strategies for India and international markets.
• Report regularly on sales performance, update the CRM and follow company policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in infrastructure, construction, engineering or technology solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract capacity, manage time well and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for key client meetings if required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Required skills

• Lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management using CRM tools and digital channels.
• Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills, able to explain technical solutions clearly.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills to understand market trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Familiarity with parking systems, urban mobility solutions or smart infrastructure is an advantage.
