Senior Sales Officer – Building Materials (Goa)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Officer to lead our building‑materials business across Goa. The role focuses on expanding our market presence, strengthening dealer networks, and delivering profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth in Goa.
• Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
• Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, dealers, fabricators, and government departments.
• Generate and convert B2B and B2C project opportunities.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and maintain CRM data.
• Negotiate and close profitable orders while ensuring healthy margins.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of sales experience in the building materials industry.
• Strong network across Goa with architects, builders, dealers, and developers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management abilities.
• Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Goa.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for tracking opportunities.
• Market mapping and competitor analysis capabilities.
