Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the full sales cycle for our SaaS and IT solutions. Based in Goa, you will work closely with prospects to understand their technology needs and position appropriate digital offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for SaaS and IT services.
• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to capture customer challenges, budgets and decision‑making processes.
• Present and demonstrate relevant SaaS/IT solutions and translate requirements into solution proposals.
• Collaborate with technical, product and delivery teams for sales engineering support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and other sales documentation.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closure and hand‑over.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in CRM and meet assigned revenue and conversion targets.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or technology sales.
• Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to articulate product value.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work independently to meet targets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and opportunity management.
• Familiarity with SaaS and IT solution selling.
