Senior Project Manager – Digital Health (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Senior to Mid‑Level Project Manager to lead complex Digital Health implementation projects across North America. The role is fully remote and reports to the Vice President of the PMO. You will own the full project lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital health projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources for complex initiatives.
• Serve as the single point of accountability and escalation for project success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, steering committees, and cross‑functional teams.
• Apply and adapt PMI‑based methodologies and maintain project management frameworks and documentation.
• Develop status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries; monitor health metrics and proactively raise risks.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and workshops to drive outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale projects in a matrixed, customer‑facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PMI‑based project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to on‑time, on‑budget completion.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for executive audiences.
