Senior Operations Associate - Spanish (Sales)

About the role

AmberStudent is seeking a Spanish‑speaking Senior Operations Associate to join its remote student‑housing team. The associate will guide international students through the entire accommodation journey, from initial enquiry to final booking, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage student housing enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels in Spanish and English.
• Assess student requirements such as budget, location, lease duration and move‑in dates.
• Recommend suitable properties from the available inventory and handle objections related to price, deposits, lease terms and location.
• Drive structured follow‑ups to maximise conversion from lead to booking.
• Assist students with documentation, booking procedures and property‑related queries.
• Coordinate with property partners, supply teams and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including leads and bookings.
• Identify market trends and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, travel, education or real‑estate.
• Spanish C1+ proficiency and strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivation to learn sales techniques and handle customer objections.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and follow‑up processes.
• Strong ownership, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with international customers across different time zones and flexible shift availability.
