Senior Manager – Strategic PR & Communications

About the role

Joveo is seeking a senior communications professional to lead strategic public‑relations and leadership visibility initiatives. Reporting to the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Officer, you will shape the corporate narrative, advise senior leaders on messaging, and turn compelling stories into memorable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Joveo’s corporate narrative, creating pitches, commentary, contributed articles and briefing material based on leader, customer and expert insights.
• Build and execute an earned‑media program across business, technology, startup and industry outlets, cultivating relationships with journalists, editors, newsletters and podcasts.
• Enhance leadership visibility by crafting points of view, preparing executives for interviews and securing speaking opportunities.
• Lead communications for approved company milestones, product launches and funding announcements, managing FAQs and media enquiries.
• Conceptualise and launch creative PR campaigns, coordinating specialists and selecting appropriate channels.
• Utilise paid PR selectively, evaluating sponsored content, distribution and events against audience and budget goals.
• Measure impact through coverage relevance, message accuracy, audience engagement and inbound interest, refining future efforts.

Required profile

• Proven track record earning coverage for technology businesses, startups or agency clients, with clear examples of story discovery and pitching.
• Deep knowledge of India’s business and technology media and established relationships with relevant journalists.
• Exceptional writing and editing ability, capable of translating complex products into engaging copy.
• Comfort advising senior leaders, challenging weak angles and proposing stronger narratives.
• Experience originating impactful campaigns, collaborations or channel ideas, with measurable results.
• Resourceful budget management, delivering ideas from concept through execution.
