Senior Manager - Project Planning

About the role

The Senior Manager – Project Planning will lead construction planning activities for a reputable real‑estate development client. This full‑time position ensures projects are executed efficiently, schedules are accurate, and compliance with industry standards is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction plans with defined timelines, milestones, and objectives.
• Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate resource allocation for labour, equipment, and material.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain a risk register.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Lead review meetings and publish dashboards to monitor project health.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance evaluation and process optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Civil or Construction Management (preferred).
• Proven experience in construction planning and project execution.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
