Senior Manager - Procurement

About the role

GSK is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead Source to Contract activities for indirect categories, focusing on Facilities, Capital & Logistics. You will work within a global procurement function that partners with business units to drive value, secure supply and support the company’s transformation into a data‑enabled organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sourcing, negotiation and contract execution for the FC&L category across global, regional and local markets.
• Collaborate with global category teams and local market procurement to industrialise core operations and ensure best‑practice execution.
• Achieve savings and KPI targets in line with the global procurement plan and finance requirements.
• Manage risk, quality, service and innovation aspects of supplier relationships.
• Resolve escalations and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of relevant experience in Facilities, Capital & Logistics procurement.
• Proven expertise in commercial negotiations, strategic sourcing and multi‑country, high‑spend engagements.
• Strong ability to navigate organisational complexity and handle escalations.
• Experience with procurement compliance, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with sourcing execution tools such as Ariba or Fairmarkit.
