Senior Manager – Private Label Laptop Category

About the role

The Senior Manager – Private Label Laptop Category will act as the business and product owner for Croma’s private‑label laptop portfolio. Partnering with the Category Lead, you will shape product strategy, define the customer proposition and drive commercial success across the full product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the private‑label laptop range, defining architecture, technical specifications and feature prioritisation.
• Translate consumer insights and competitive intelligence into differentiated laptop offerings and manage portfolio optimisation.
• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution, coordinating marketing, e‑commerce and store operations for new launches, promotional design and tactical pricing.
• Provide technical depth to build a robust 1–3 year product roadmap.
• Develop demand forecasts, partner with buying and supply‑chain teams to maintain optimal inventory and improve sell‑through.
• Define product quality metrics, work with quality assurance for factory due diligence, and embed customer experience inputs into design.
• Analyse post‑launch feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product strategy, portfolio management and P&L ownership for consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management and commercial roll‑out processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with buying, supply‑chain, marketing and quality teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate market insights into product specifications.
