Senior Manager – HR Transformation & Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead HR transformation and advisory services for clients in India. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design and implement people and organization strategies that improve workforce effectiveness and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Map the market, identify and lead pursuit opportunities across industry verticals aligned with practice priorities.
• Support key account strategy and develop new business pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal Centres of Excellence, risk, quality and compliance teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Assess client HR processes, policies and systems; provide guidance on transformation, technology implementation and service delivery models.
• Lead client engagements, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery of high‑impact outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR consulting, workforce transformation or related advisory services.
• Strong business development track record and ability to lead multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Senior‑level experience (typically 8+ years) in a professional services environment.
