About the role

Join PwC's Internal Firm Services team as an Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor. You will help drive the firm’s people strategy in Bengaluru, creating a tailored experience for every employee and supporting the recruitment of full‑time, fixed‑term, contingent and flexible talent.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with qualified candidates across all levels, from early‑career to executive.
• Understand and respond to the dynamic hiring needs of each business unit.
• Recruit for full‑time, fixed‑term, contingent and flexible roles, ensuring a smooth internal movement process.
• Collaborate with local offices to align talent acquisition activities with the firm’s overall people strategy.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring lifecycle.
