Senior Lead – Alternatives Data Operations

About the role

Addepar is launching an Alternatives product that automates extraction, processing and validation of private fund data. The Senior Lead of Alternatives Data Operations will head the human‑in‑the‑loop review team, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of alternatives data to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for alternatives and market data operations aligned with business objectives.
• Drive automation, streamline workflows and scale team capacity while meeting SLA performance.
• Own operational strategy, define KPIs for data quality, processing speed and client satisfaction, and monitor trends.
• Oversee operational workflows, maintain process controls, and report on SLA compliance and KPI metrics.
• Lead and grow a global team of data ops analysts, handling hiring, onboarding, mentoring and career development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and client solutions teams to implement new processes and tooling.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in data operations or data management within financial services or wealth‑tech.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing global teams and cross‑functional projects.
• Deep knowledge of alternatives data (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, private credit); market data experience is a plus.
• Track record of improving data quality, operational efficiency and driving automation.
• Strong project management, analytical and change‑management skills.
