Content Analyst (Financial Content Operations)

About the role

AlphaSense is seeking a Content Analyst to join its Content Operations team. You will help expand the financial content offering by identifying, onboarding, and processing new data sources that support M&A transactions, capital offerings, and VC funding rounds.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze internal and external sources to support the Transactions and Funding Rounds offering.
• Configure and monitor automated content ingestion, extraction pipelines, and AI‑powered classification.
• Track processing states, generate usage reports, and maintain logs of content issues.
• Perform quality assurance by reviewing documents for proper categorization and tagging.
• Provide third‑level support for content‑related inquiries, raise tickets, and coordinate with engineering and product teams.
• Document and update content generation, support practices, and policies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in financial data collection or content generation, preferably with M&A and capital‑raising content.
• Strong interest in capital markets, corporate finance, and current financial‑technology trends.
• High energy, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly, especially when working with large language models.
• Effective time‑management and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• B.Com degree (MBA, M.Com, CA or CFA are a strong plus).

Required skills

• Proficient use of Google Suite.
• Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills.
