Senior Key Account Manager - B2B Video Collaboration

About the role

Logitech is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (L4B) in Mumbai to drive the growth of its Video Collaboration and Personal Workspace business. The role works with current and potential corporate customers, influences key decision-makers in the channel and builds local relationships with alliance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the Top 100 corporate, government and education B2B accounts
• Use Logitech's preferred B2B channels to penetrate the enterprise and public sector segments
• Prospect new accounts and build top corporate, government and education accounts in the region
• Understand customer pain points, decision criteria and RFP and tender processes, and keep an accurate, sufficient pipeline to meet and exceed quota
• Develop and update the annual account plan for top accounts
• Create client presentations, run solution demos, propose and quote and follow through to closure
• Work with channel partners and distributors to meet customer needs
• Respond to leads, qualify and close MQLs with Inside Sales and Marketing
• Collaborate with the local Channel and Distribution Manager, Solution Engineer and regional Sales, Finance, Category and Marketing functions

Required profile

• 8 years selling IT or UCC solutions in the B2B segment
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
• Results-driven, autonomous and self-motivated, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Strong presenter, creative strategic thinker and fast learner
• International mindset; monthly travel within the region and quarterly in India
• Relevant education is a plus
