About the role
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in internal audit to join our Pune office. The role involves leading audit assignments, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute internal audit assignments.
- Evaluate internal controls, processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Review financial transactions, accounts, and reconciliations.
- Prepare internal audit reports with observations and recommendations.
- Lead and review the work of junior audit team members.
- Coordinate with clients/management and present audit findings.
Required profile
- CA qualification – mandatory.
- 5+ years of relevant post‑qualification experience.
- Experience in internal audit, statutory audit, or risk & compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report‑writing abilities.
- Preferred experience in a CA firm or consulting environment.
