Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer you will work across the entire technology stack, handling everything from data storage to server‑side logic and front‑end UI. You’ll collaborate closely with other engineers to design, build, and ship key features while maintaining clean, modular, high‑performance code.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and ship features
• Design, build, and maintain APIs
• Write efficient, modular, and reusable libraries and abstractions
• Design and build internal tooling to improve development efficiency
• Identify and resolve performance issues
• Participate in code reviews
• Communicate best practices to the team
• Mentor junior engineers

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑time engineering experience
• Expertise in JavaScript and full‑stack development using JavaScript, Python/Django, or Ruby on Rails
• Strong SQL knowledge, database design, and experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with architectural patterns for large, high‑scale web applications
• Ability to design clean APIs and address performance concerns
• Proficiency in software‑engineering best practices, including design patterns, unit and integration testing
• Solid computer‑science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
• Understanding of security principles, common attacks, and defenses
• Familiarity with build‑system configuration tools such as Webpack
• Experience with infrastructure, distributed systems, and high‑scale deployment
