Senior Financial Auditor

About the role

As a Senior Financial Auditor within Siemens Healthineers' Internal Audit function, you will provide independent, unbiased assurance to the Managing Board and Audit Committee. You will partner with executive management to drive financial performance improvements and support digital transformation of audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute finance and operations audits covering procurement, sales, and business partner processes.
• Develop comprehensive audit programs and procedures aligned with the internal audit methodology.
• Identify audit issues, prepare management reports and define corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Leverage digital tools and develop new digital use‑cases to enhance audit productivity and assurance levels.
• Collaborate with Controlling, Accounting, Procurement and Operations teams and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Represent Internal Audit as a trusted partner across Siemens Healthineers worldwide.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification or a master’s degree in Business Administration with a finance/accounting focus.
• Minimum 7 years of audit leadership experience in a Big 4 firm or corporate audit/assurance function.
• Strong knowledge of controlling, IFRS accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Proven experience with internal control frameworks and process analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to digitalisation initiatives.
