Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A International

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A International will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for Johnson & Johnson's international operations. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to provide insights that drive strategic decisions and improve financial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for international business units.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial results, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to aid strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Partner with regional and global teams to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Create clear management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to enhance financial performance.
• Assist in process improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives within FP&A.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (required); Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Effective communication skills to convey financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
