About the role

Bajaj Finance Ltd. is expanding its QR acquiring business and seeks a Senior Executive to build and lead the operation in the Ghaziabad territory. You will be responsible for establishing a high‑performing team, driving QR and POS deployments, and growing merchant transaction volume.

Key responsibilities

Recruit, train and motivate Field Operations Staff (FOS) to achieve productivity targets.
Acquire new merchants and oversee QR, SB and POS/EDC deployments.
Develop distribution channels, map FOS coverage and manage channel relationships.
Drive sales numbers, retailer payment reconciliation and monthly store activation.
Collaborate with partners on sales promotions and ensure process rigor and controllership.

Required profile

Graduation or MBA with 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
Prior exposure to Payments, FMCG or Telecom prepaid sales is mandatory.
Experience handling merchant relationships directly and building distribution networks.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and high energy for field work.
