GST & TDS Executive

About the role

Masters India IT Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented GST & TDS Executive to support enterprise clients on tax compliance matters. The role combines strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations with excellent client‑facing communication to ensure timely resolution of queries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enterprise client queries related to GST filings, TDS provisions, deductions, returns and overall compliance.
• Provide advisory‑level clarification on the applicability of GST and TDS rules.
• Coordinate with internal technology and product teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and support compliance‑related escalations.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through prompt and accurate query resolution.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in GST & TDS compliance.
• Strong understanding of the GST Act & Rules and TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act.
• Experience working with CA firms, tax consulting firms, or SaaS‑based compliance platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven client‑handling experience.
