Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role

The Senior Executive Human Resources is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Thrissur. The role oversees daily HR operations, manages the employee life‑cycle, maintains accurate HR records, and ensures smooth service delivery. It also administers HR policies, supports regulatory compliance, and partners with leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation and the overall employee life‑cycle.
• Maintain and update HR records and HRIS data.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and organisational policies.
• Develop, interpret and implement HR policies.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Support performance management and employee engagement programmes.
• Prepare HR reports and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for staff on HR‑related queries.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in core HR functions and HR management.
• Hands‑on experience in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation and HRIS usage.
• Strong background in employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies in line with legal requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of local labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on confidentiality.
• Collaborative approach to support senior leadership in HR decision‑making.
