HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will manage and coordinate daily HR activities, supporting employees and internal teams across the organisation. This role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, HR documentation, and employee communication with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow‑ups.
• Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, and required documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance details, leave records, and other HR documentation.
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, and workplace requirements to employees.
• Support employee engagement activities, team events, and internal HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other documents required for daily HR operations.
• Coordinate with different departments on employee‑related matters and follow up on pending requirements.
• Assist with payroll‑related activities by maintaining accurate attendance and leave information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English with good interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle employee information and HR records with confidentiality.
