Admin Manager

About the role

Polyón Industries, a leading manufacturer of PVC foam boards, WPC boards and laminated boards, is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to lead administrative operations at its Mundur Industrial Area facility in Thrissur, Kerala. The role involves coordinating staff, supervisors and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate staff and supervisors across the plant.
• Monitor day‑to‑day administrative activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Facilitate communication between production, procurement, supply and administrative departments.
• Plan and oversee operational coordination, workforce management and workplace discipline.
• Identify administrative or operational issues and work with relevant teams to implement solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, staff management or workforce coordination.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate teams in a manufacturing or structured industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in defence, military or security sectors is an advantage.
