Senior eDiscovery Project Manager

About the role

The Senior eDiscovery Project Manager leads litigation support projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery on time. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, understand their technical specifications, and advise on best practices throughout the case lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end client relationships and guarantee service quality.
• Oversee full project life‑cycle, track schedules, manage scope changes, and ensure quality assurance.
• Communicate proactively with clients, offering workflow improvements and answering technical questions.
• Monitor multiple projects to meet deadlines and maintain accurate status records.
• Execute document productions using Relativity and LAW tools, including Bates stamping, load‑file creation, and OCR.
• Design custom event handlers and Relativity scripts to streamline workflows.
• Allocate production resources based on client priorities and deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings with sales teams to support deal closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or JD.
• 7+ years of eDiscovery project management experience (vendor experience preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability for overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.

• Relativity and Relativity scripting.
• LAW PreDiscovery.
• Digital Reef.
• Concordance or similar review databases.
• MS Access and MS Office suite.
• OCR processing and Bates stamping.
• Document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processing.
