Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead end‑to‑end campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires a blend of analytical rigor and creative thinking to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth in B2B SaaS or IT services markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with quarterly and annual business goals.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including on‑page optimisation, keyword research, technical audits, and link‑building programmes.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid search (SEM/PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms, managing budgets, bids, ad copy and performance metrics.
• Develop and manage social media calendars, create engaging content, and monitor audience interaction to drive traffic and conversions.
• Create, segment, and automate email and lead‑nurturing workflows to improve open rates and pipeline velocity.
• Analyse campaign data using digital analytics tools, generate performance reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or IT services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and client accounts independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
